Food, Family, and Friends! After over 25 years working in the hospitality industry, a few things have become clear.  I love food, I love to cook, and I love to feed people! I love the joy on the face of someone who has had their first bite of something amazing. Having amazing people in my life who love food and wine as much as I do, has made Preserved Joy so easy to create! There isn't a week in our lives when we aren't eating with people we love and now I get to bring that joy to you!
